• To adopt and implement the programs according to guidelines of the Women Affairs Department for the implementation of the Women Development Policy in light of Millennium Development Goal (MDG) and Poverty Alleviation Strategy Scheme (NSAPR) for the development and equality of women.
• Coordination of public / private initiatives and programs taken for the development of women through the office of the District Women Affairs Officer under the Women Affairs Department.
• Opportunities for women self-employment are being created through vocational and practical training in Narvandhav non-residential training centers.
• VGD Program: The Government of Bangladesh's largest social security program is getting 30 kg of food grains and training per month for two years or 24 months per month for stability of poor and helpless and physically capable women. Total number of beneficiaries of VGD 5,613
• Maternity allowance program for poor mother: Maternal allowance activities are being run for "poor mother" in order to increase the rate of poor child and child mortality rate, increased breast feeding rate, increase in nutritional value during pregnancy. The number of beneficiaries is about 5,664.
• Micro-credit activities for self-employment of women: Micro-credit is provided to create self-employment through the involvement of women in different vocational and unemployed women. So far 934 women were distributed Tk 89,34,500 / -.
• District and Upazila Women Affairs Officer's office, in order to prevent violence against women, prevent women and child abuse and formulate committees and various programs. Women and child abuse prevention committees have been formed at the union level.
• One Stop Crisis Center (OCC): One-Stop Crisis Center (OCC) has been set up in Feni Sadar Hospital under the Multisectral Program for prevention of woman abuse. In the OCC, women and children of the victims of torture are provided with medical assistance, legal aid, police assistance, DNA tests, psychological counseling, shelter and rehabilitation of society.
• National Helpline Center for Prevention of Women and Child Repression: Provide Legal Assistance to the Helpline at number 109, through multicentral activities in prevention of women's repression. Any phone call from 24 hours to any number of victims, women and children who are victims of torture and their family member can get the necessary help.
• Voluntary women's society registration, control and distribution of donations: Annual grants are provided to them, including registration and supervision of voluntary women organizations.
• Income-tax education for poor educated unemployed women (District and upazila level): Vocational training is provided in different categories on the basis of local demand through WTC or Women Training Center for self-employment of rural poor women.
• Lactating Mother Support Program: In the urban areas, poor working mothers and their children's social security forces, the standard of living and development of the living and working poor poor mothers are being paid by paying 500 rupees per month for every 2 years.
Day Care Center: Day care center is being run at Haji Karamat Ali Road (Old Police Quarter) Feni, Feni city for children of working and working mothers. From 6 months to 6 years of age, this center has entertainment facilities available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Child Marriage Prevention Program: Upazila and union level committees have been formed under the Prevention of Child Marriage Program. Early marriage was stopped with the help of immediate administration.
• Winning program: In the five categories of five out of every upazila, among women who have overcome the adversity through the competition "Joyita exploration" competition are encouraged to go ahead with women by selecting and awarding "wins" in five categories. Assistance is provided to encourage enthusiastic and interested women to become entrepreneurs.
